Angle helps you take a photo by matching a reference image over the camera. If something feels off, start with the checks below.

How To Use Angle

• Choose a reference photo from your photo library.
• Adjust the overlay opacity with the bottom slider.
• Use fit or fill depending on whether you want to see the whole reference or fill the screen.
• Drag and pinch the reference until it lines up with the camera view.
• Take the photo and save it to your camera roll.

Camera Is Not Showing

Open iPhone Settings, find Angle, and make sure Camera permission is enabled. The camera will not work in the iOS Simulator because the Simulator does not provide a real iPhone camera feed.

Reference Photo Is Not Showing

Open iPhone Settings, find Angle, and make sure Photos permission is enabled. If you selected limited photo access, add the reference photo to the allowed selection.

Overlay Feels Wrong

Try lowering the opacity, switching between fit and fill, then use reset if the overlay has been dragged or zoomed too far.

Photo Does Not Save

Check that Photos permission is enabled. Also confirm your iPhone has enough storage space for new photos.
